Motoring Offences
The below list identifies some of the offences that can only be tried at a Magistrate’s Court.
drink driving, speeding, careless driving, driving without insurance or whilst disqualified, failing to stop or report an accident and failure to identify a driver.
The costs for representation is as follows:-
Motoring Offences
For a Guilty Plea there is a fixed fee of £600.
Included is:-
Office attendance consultation, including preparation
Considering evidence provided by the prosecuting authority
Obtaining your instructions
Advising on the process and sentence
Attendance and representation at a single hearing at a Magistrate’s Court in Staffordshire

For matters outside of Staffordshire Magistrates Courts please contact our offices for costs.
An hourly rate of £180 to £250 depending of the relevant solicitors experience, will be charged for Advice and Assistance in relation to a special reasons’ hearing, exceptional hardship claim or an appeal.
All fees will be agreed with you from the outset so as to be transparent.

Probate
Obtaining the Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration £800 + VAT + Disbursements for example court fees and anti money laundering checks.
Estate Administration is charged at an Hourly rate of £230 to £250 per hour + VAT and Disbursements.
There is an additional percentage uplift based on the value of the estate .
A typical administration cost is between £4000 to £5000 in total.
